Monetary Transitional Justice

One of the main sources of transitional justice is the Center for Transitional Justice (https://www.ictj.org/resource-library) It focuses on the violation of human rights in some eight issue areas which are applied in all continents.

The transitional justice in the Tierra international monetary system focuses on the mounting monetary oppression that is caused by injustices in the four subsystems of the world economy, and the violation of the political, economic, and social rights as defined in the UN protocols.
